APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

The Apprentice Program is intended for the youth from 15 to 24 years of age to enter the job market. It relies on the partnership with legally qualified training institutions, fostering the development of the youth through theoretical and practical classes. Our goal is to contribute to the apprentice’s professional, personal, and social training in order to prepare them and make them fit for the job market.

“My experience as an apprentice at Cambuhy was sort of a watershed, because with all the knowledge I acquired, I was able to decide in which area I wanted to develop professionally. Thanks to this opportunity, I’ve been able to advance in the area of technology and as a person. I’m very happy to have come this far and become the person I am!” Lais Firmo da Silva Ribeiro, IT Technician, was an apprentice in 2017.

“I’m very happy to be part of the Cambuhy team! I started as an apprentice, then had the opportunity to be hired and today I am grateful for the privilege of working for this company.” Ricardo Ribeiro Ladeira, Mechanic II, was an apprentice in 2018-2019.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Recruiting and skilling future professionals, making it possible to discover talents and ensuring the continuity of the values communicated by Cambuhy: these are the objectives of the Internship Program, which offers opportunities to senior undergraduate students. The Program is a great tool to disseminate knowledge, as it brings everyday professional life closer to the academic experience. Every year, we offer openings in the Administrative, Environmental, Agricultural and Mechanization areas.

“Being an intern at Cambuhy means fostering theoretical knowledge and getting the ideal practice to start a career. Being in daily contact with a diversity of people, management practices and the latest technology in the field promotes constant growth both personal and of the whole team.”

Letícia Pivetta, Administrative Technician Trainee, was an intern in the 2021-2022 crop Internship Program.

“I’ve only been with Cambuhy for a short time, but I can say that this company has truly been a school where we can put into practice everything we learn. And with such qualified professionals interested in teaching and such a pleasant environment, it’s easy to develop and grow personally and professionally. It’s been an incredible and unique experience, and I hope one day to be a member of the hired staff.”

Daniel de Sousa Fiaes, Environmental Intern, 2022-2023 crop Internship Program.

TRAINEE PROGRAM

Cambuhy offers opportunities for recent graduates (1 to 2 years after graduation) who are at the start of their careers, with the aim of developing their potential and collaborating with their professional growth through practical experience.

“The Trainee Program at Cambuhy Agrícola was very important to improve my technical knowledge and for me to better understand the dynamics of administrative and operational processes. It was the gateway to new opportunities for professional growth within the company.”

Leonardo João Rivera Doring, Agricultural Supervisor, was a trainee in 2017.

“Working as a trainee for a year was an experience I had never imagined having the opportunity for. It was a year of hard work and new experiences. I consider it a period during which I developed myself a lot and learned as well. I can only express my gratitude for the opportunity to work in this field.”

Leticia Justiniano, Trainee in the Collegiate Board Resolution area, was an apprentice in 2018.

TRACTOR DRIVING SCHOOL

The tractor driving school offers a training program aimed at qualifying employees and members of the community to perform tasks related to the operation of tractors and farm implements. The company has two types of tractor driving instruction to serve:

  • employees, enabling them to take new steps in their professional careers;
  • members of the community, qualifying them for future opportunities.

“I’m grateful for all the opportunities the company has given me. I started working in the citrus harvest, took part in the internal recruitment process to become a pest scout and was selected. Then I applied for and was approved to attend the tractor driving school. Now, thanks to God, I have the opportunity to work as a tractor driver for the company. I’m grateful to all the professionals who taught me at the school, and I always strive to do my best.”

Rosangela Ferreira da Silva, Tractor Driver, attended the tractor driver training school in 2019.

“I’d like to thank the company for the opportunity to be here and for the privilege of attending the tractor driving school, which has enabled me to grow professionally and become a machine operator. Lucas Meira da Silva, Machine Operator, attended the tractor driving school in 2017.
