Social responsability

Social responsability

People, or rather families! These are our primary workforce and Cambuhy Agrícola deeply cares for them. Whether in the field, the workshop, the offices, or any other area of the company, great attention is given to the well-being, education, and health of our employees.

HOUSING

Our community consists of 135 people living in 41 houses.
These families benefit from a complete infrastructure for the socio-cultural development of adults and children.

These are the main pillars supporting the Cambuhy community:

EDUCATION

Cambuhy Agrícola has one municipal school, inaugurated in 1939, which, in partnership with Citrosuco, sponsors the complementary school project that since 1994 has promoted quality education, engagement in playful activities and the experience of everyday situations. The school serves approximately 36 students, comprising children of employees and residents of the neighborhood, distributed across classes from preschool to the fifth grade in elementary school.

In pursuit of providing the best possible quality of life, we carry out health promoting campaigns throughout the year.

WELL-BEING

Our community enjoys a gathering area referred to as the Club, where social engagement events take place. The calendar of events also includes soccer games, and there is a playground for children set up in the Club’s outdoor area.

Connected!

Cambuhy Agrícola has a connectivity infrastructure capable of delivering high-speed wireless internet to the information technology labs. This facilitates the dynamics and quality of education and makes sure plenty of information is available to students.

LOCAL COMMUNITIES

We consider bringing local communities closer together to be of utmost importance, not only for the sake of the good neighbor policy, but also to foster integration.
Whenever possible, we break down borders.
